Movement Evolved offers a range of options for our clients to meet their fitness goals. No matter how you choose to join our community, you can be assured that you will be guided every step of the way by our experienced trainers and coaches. Support, challenge, safety, and individualized progress is at the heart of all we do.

Functional Movement Screening

The first step to developing a training program is the Functional Movement Screening, which allows us to look at 7 basic patterns of movement to identify areas of tightness, weakness or asymmetry. By working to correct these areas of deficiency we help you to move your body more effectively and correctly in both your workouts and your day to day life. This is important as it relates to training, as we don't want to build strength on top of dysfunction as that is more likely to lead to injury. Our goal is to help you build a stronger, more injury-proof body that allows you to build strength and endurance so that you can continue doing the things you enjoy for many years to come! New personal training and semi-private training clients begin their journey at Movement Evolved with the Functional Movement Screening.

  • $200 for one 60-minute screening session and two 90-minute one-on-one personal training sessions

Personal Training

Whether you are looking for lots of personal attention with one-on-one training or are more interested in small group training, we have options to fit your needs and budget.

Semi-Private Personal Training begins with a Functional Movement Screening, as described above. From there, your coach will develop a training program customized to your specific needs. Your workouts will be scheduled at times when other semi-private clients are also in our studio. Multiple people (generally 2-5) will be completing their own exercises at their own pace, under the watchful eye of a coach. Semi-private training strikes a great balance between dedicated time to fitness and health, budget, and is a fantastic opportunity to get to know other members of our community.

  • $31.50-33.00 per 90-minute session, depending on number of appointments purchased

  • $200 per month, two 90-minute sessions per week

  • $275 per month unlimited sessions, or $250 per month when purchasing 3+ months at a time. Clients who choose this option (our most popular) essentially pay for 2 semi-private sessions per week with access to 3 or more. Unlimited monthly memberships also include unlimited access to our regularly scheduled boot camp and core classes as well as unlimited access to cardio equipment during open gym hours.

One-On-One Personal Training begins with a Functional Movement Screening as well. From there, your coach will create a training program designed around your needs and goals. Private sessions are scheduled for you alone. One-on-one trainings are a great option for people with busy schedules who may need more flexibility in when they can come into the gym, those who are working on more advanced fitness goals, or those who prefer to have more privacy as they exercise.

  • $60 per 60-minute session

  • $55 per 60-minute session when purchasing 5 or more appointments

  • $50 per 60-minute session when purchasing 10 or more appointments

All-levels Boot camp/specialty Classes

For a fun, challenging workout in a group setting, join us for one of our All-Levels Boot Camp, Cardio Boot Camp, Low-Impact Conditioning, Core Strength or Barbell Strength classes. Group classes offer great variety, and all exercises can be scaled to any ability level! Whether you are interested in circuit-type classes, beginners classes, core-specific classes, or dedicated barbell work, our schedule — and our highly trained coaches — are there to provide you with the workout you’ve been craving. Safety is our number one priority in ALL of our classes, which is why we keep our coach-to-participant ratio low. You’ll get a great workout no matter which type of class suits your interests or needs.

  • $14.00 per 60-minute class ($18 per class for Barbell Strength)

  • $12.50 per 60-minute class when purchasing 5-10 classes ($16/class when purchasing 5-10 Barbell Strength classes)

  • $135 per month unlimited classes (please note: unlimited monthly classes does not include Barbell Strength)

Nutrition & health coaching

Reaching your health and fitness goals often includes more than simply incorporating more movement into your routine. Your nutrition, sleep, work/life balance, relationship with your body, and healthy self-esteem are all key components to true well-being. Whether your goals are to lose weight, feel more energized, or be more comfortable in the skin you’re in, we can support you in making choices that will help transform your life.

  • $75/month, one 1-hr session per month with email support

  • $65/month, one 1-hr session per month and email support when committing to 3+ months

  • $100/month, two 1-hr sessions per month with email support

  • $90/month, two 1-hr sessions per month with email support when committing to 3+ months

We are happy to customize Nutrition and Health Coaching with Personal/Semi-Private Training and/or Group Class packages to suit your needs. Please be in touch to discuss the range of available options.

Open Gym Access

Current members who would like additional cardiovascular exercise are invited to come into the gym independently to utilize our rowing machines, tread climber, recumbent bicycle, and treadmill. Use of these machines is not open to the general public. Open gym is offered as a supplement to clients’ regular programming and is not intended to replace the work done under the eyes of a coach in our classes, semi-private trainings, or one-on-one sessions.

Open gym hours are limited to Mondays from 10:00am-12:30pm, Tuesdays from 9:00am-12:00pm, Wednesdays from 5:30-7:00pm, and Sundays from 3:00-6:00pm.

  • Unlimited semi-private clients have open gym access included with their membership

  • $5/drop-in session for all other members

  • $30/10-pass punchcard for all other members, no expiration as long as the member remains in current standing with us.
